We require full payment at the time of your booking confirmation prior to your training event. Four weeks prior to your event numbers are guaranteed with 100% cancellations applied. Full payment must be received via BACS to confirm your booking. We do not offer credit terms.

Vision2Train reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings without notice.

Vision2Train hold the rights to all documentation issued prior to, during and post training.

Vision2Train hold copyright to all course documents, presentations and content.
Certificates are issued within 7 days after the training and these will be sent via email to the client contact.

Vision2Train hold the right not to issue certificates
for individuals or a group if failure to conduct themselves correctly. Copy certificates are available at a cost of £25 per copy.

All accommodation, food, beverage and venue hire costs are the client's responsibility and
must be paid direct to the supplier third party unless contracted by Vision2Train.

Delegates are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to training session and should be smart business dress unless directed by Vision2Train (First Aid courses are always casual attire (No skirts or dresses, only trousers) due to the course content.)

Vision2Train accepts no responsibility for any injury received during training. It is the responsibility of the clients to ensure their employees are covered with insurance for being off site for the duration of the training session.

Vision2Train holds the right to communicate to delegates directly post course for feedback and information relevant to the training attended. All delegates are to conduct themselves in a business-like manner: any delegate found to be disruptive, then the course trainer holds the right to remove the delegate, cancel any training for that individual and report them to the training coordinator/client.

Vision2Train accepts no responsibility for any injury/death received post cause due to delegate's intervention.
